Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu signed an order approving the procedure for monthly payments to mobilized servicemen. Document published on the portal of legal information.
The order consists of two items. The first refers to the approval of the order, he himself is spelled out in the appendix to the order. In the second – that the payment should be made from September 21, from the day the mobilization began.
There are nine paragraphs in the appendix to the order. They, among other things, say that the payment is assigned from the day of appointment to a military position until the day of release from it. The amount of payment is determined from the number of days served in a particular month.
In November 2022, Sergey Mikischenko, a representative of the financial block of the Russian Ministry of Defense, reported that those mobilized would receive a lump sum payment of 195,000 rubles.
After that, he said, the mobilized will receive allowances with allowances, like all military men under the contract, depending on the tasks performed. The procedure approved by Mr. Shoigu establishes an additional monthly social payment to the mobilized in addition to the monetary maintenance.
