Shamil Gazizov must pay Spartak more than 92 million rubles

The Oktyabrsky District Court of Ufa satisfied the claim of the Moscow FC Spartak against the former general director Shamil Gazizov. According to a court decision, he must pay the club 92.3 million rubles.
As judge Yulia Proskuryakova noted in the operative part of the decision, 81.9 million rubles is the amount of unjust enrichment received by Mr. Gazizov, and 10.3 million rubles is interest from December 9, 2020 to July 1, 2022.
As before reported “b”, JSC FC “Spartak-Moscow” asked to recover from the defendant 88 million rubles. The former general director, according to the plaintiff, transferred this amount to a personal bank account from the club’s account, having access to an electronic key.
Rafael Makhmutov, Mr. Gazizov’s lawyer, told Kommersant that he intends to file an appeal against the court’s decision.
