Sex was discovered in Russia: sexual disorders will be treated, including forcibly

From this Monday, Russian clinics were to be equipped with vibrators, dildos and sexologists’ offices. True, the doctors themselves are at a loss and have no idea how it will work.

On July 1, a new procedure for the provision of medical care for mental and behavioral disorders, approved by the Russian Ministry of Health, came into force. As the media has already trumpeted, this means that any sexual disorders, primarily homosexuality, are planned to be treated, including forcibly.

Actually, July 1 was Saturday, and it’s not very clear how sexologists’ offices were going to open on a day off, but oh well, let’s assume that in November, when this order was adopted, no one looked at the 2023 calendar.

If the offices are opened, then, consequently, someone needs it, and the money for them has already been allocated in the budget. Moreover, as stated in the order, these premises should be equipped almost like sex shops. With vibrators, dildos and even gyno chairs.

The very order of the Ministry of Health “On approval of the procedure for providing medical care for mental and behavioral disorders dated 10/14/2022” was published eight months ago. It was during this period that the law on “gay propaganda” was under consideration in the State Duma. On December 5, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed it.

According to the text of the order, a sexologist must provide assistance to people “suffering from mental disorders associated with sexual development and orientation, disorders of gender identity and sexual preference”, as well as patients with “family and sexual disharmony, sexual dysfunctions.” In addition, a sexologist has the right to apply “coercive measures of a medical nature.” This is what everyone is tied to right now. “Coercive psychiatry” has always been applied exclusively to citizens who have committed criminal acts, are we really going to force ordinary people whose sexual preferences differ from the majority to be treated?

“I will say right away that I am generally against the opening of offices of sexologists in polyclinics,” says Olga Bukhanovskaya, a well-known psychiatrist. – To make it clear: we have a conflict, according to the standard, a sexologist must be a psychiatrist, since only psychiatrists have the right to receive this specialization. However, today there is an order from the Ministry of Health that sexology is removed from licensed medical activities.

– Isn’t that a contradiction? Who, then, will work in the newly opened, according to the same order of the Ministry of Health, sexology rooms?

Yes, the contradiction is obvious. There are sexologists, but there is no license for their medical activities. Therefore, I do not really understand those who issue these orders: what they think. After all, according to order 866 M of August 19, 2021, sexology is generally removed from the classifier of services that make up medical activities. Perhaps now anyone will be allowed to do this: non-core specialists, therapists, psychologists who have received a crust in sexology courses. With such an approach, I am afraid, sexual perversions will not be detected at all.

– Wait, but shouldn’t sexologists be originally urologists for men and gynecologists for women?

– That’s just the point, that is not present. Yes, there are organic disorders that cause physiological sexual dysfunctions, but for the most part we are talking about something else. Sexual disorders (lack of erection, frigidity) are more often associated with depression, anxiety disorders, fears, and character traits. Disorders of sexual preference (pedophilia, sadism, exhibitionism, bestiality, and others) were also dealt with by psychiatrists, since this pathology is based on a violation of the volitional sphere. But frigidity and erectile dysfunction in the ICD-11 (International Classification of Diseases) were taken out of the psychiatric section of disorders and moved to the section of conditions “related to sexual health”, transsexualism was also introduced there, although this is a clear mental anomaly. It turns out that all this will no longer be psychiatry, but sexology. In general, in recent years, the introduction of ideas has actively begun around the world that pedophilia is the norm, sadism is possible by mutual agreement. I would like to ask a question to officials of the Ministry of Health: how many disorders associated with sexual disorders are recorded in the Russian Federation? I can assure you, there are no exact statistics. So what is the reason for such an urgent opening of these offices, even if there is no data on the potential number of patients. In our country, there is now neuroticization, the consequences of covid, tension from stressful situations, maybe we should popularize psychiatrists so that they are not afraid?

– Will the patients come? What I saw in the order was almost a forced treatment of sexual disorders, as they are called. First of all, related to the so-called “wrong” orientation.

– No. I think that the way this news was presented is just idiocy. There is no such thing in the order. Journalists have perverted everything. Compulsory treatment has always been, is and will always apply to those persons who have committed criminal acts as a result of mental disorders.

– But it is unlikely that such people will be treated on an outpatient basis in sexology rooms?

– I can not understand why everyone is talking only about homosexuality, there are a huge number of other, much more dangerous sexual disorders of gender identity and sexual dysfunction. It’s just that the media filed it as if it was only about homosexuals.

– Fine. A man experiences an unnatural craving for children, he has not done anything yet and, perhaps, he never will. Or he is an exhibitionist and undresses in public. What should he do? Will he even go to a sexologist, even to a psychiatrist, realizing that this means confessing to something shameful, on the verge of?

– Even earlier, wives with their husbands came to us, realizing that something was wrong with them. And they were successfully treated, they continued to be law-abiding members of society.

At the present stage, when LGBT and trans-propaganda are actively working, it is impossible, I think, to give health education work into the hands of unverified specialists, without even thinking.

By the way, ordinary psychiatrists do not believe at all that these offices will ever open. I was vacationing with relatives in the provinces, I called several clinics at once to find out if such offices were already working there. Still, a week has passed. And in none of the clinics such information, at least now, has not been confirmed. “Maybe there is something like that in Moscow, but we have nothing like that yet. Summer, doctors on vacation. Call in September,” they said by phone.

So, does that mean the alarm was false?

“The catastrophe lies in the fact that in Russia there are not enough ordinary psychiatrists, where are they going to take sexologists when there is literally no one to provide emergency psychiatric care. Because of all the events that roll one after the other, now a pandemic, then NWO, people are literally going crazy. The growth of the mentally ill was predictable for a long time, the most normal and calm ones are in constant stress, – an ordinary district psychiatrist agreed to comment anonymously on the situation. – As for psychiatrists, will they become sexologists… Our salaries are now lower than in therapy. Sexologists themselves, as they say, are planned to be made from conditional therapists, and psychiatrists too: as it happens, 500 hours of training – and you are a psychiatrist, another 72 or 140 hours – and you are a sexologist.

– But patients with sensory problems, as they say, will be able to be treated according to compulsory medical insurance. And not like before – for money. Do you think they will volunteer?

– It’s outpatient care. Although to communicate with perverts, I dare to assure you, it is still a pleasure. So sexual disorders, in my opinion, are only a small fraction of the general psychosis. The unreality of what is happening in reality rolls over. And at all levels. And among ordinary citizens, and among officials. This is something that needs to be done urgently.
