Seven women’s teams of Buryatia participate in the “Dzhidinskaya fishing”

Seven women’s teams are taking part in the Dzhida Fishing festival, which takes place today in the village of Dzhida at the Officer quarry. Excellent representatives of the district police department, preschool education center and other organizations are competing for the prizes in ice fishing competitions. In total, 43 teams take part in the festival, including those from Ulan-Ude, Gusinoozersk, Kyakhta, and the Rosselkhozbank team, said the chief judge of the competition, Gennady Guruev.
According to the organizers of “Dzhidinskaya Fishing”, the total number of participants exceeded the figures for all fishing festivals in Buryatia. So far, only “Baikal Fishing” is out of competition, which is included in the Russian book of records as the largest ice fishing competition.
The results of the “Dzhida Fishing” will be summed up today in several categories. In each of them, attractive prizes await the winners. For the largest catch: 1st place – Borgoy sheep and 3 thousand rubles; 2nd place – 7 thousand rubles; 3rd place – 5 thousand rubles.
In the nomination “Best Women’s Team”: 1st place – Borgoysky Valukh and 3 thousand rubles; 2nd place – 5 thousand rubles; 3rd place – 3 thousand rubles.
Participants of the Dzhidinskaya Fishing festival will be awarded for the best form, the best chant, and the youngest fisherman will receive a special prize – a bicycle.
But the main thing, of course, is the fresh spring air, excitement and great mood!
