Seven children removed from the Moscow-Simferopol train were diagnosed with influenza – Kommersant

In the Tambov city of Michurinsk, seven children were hospitalized from the Moscow-Simferopol train, the regional department of Rospotrebnadzor reported. The patients were diagnosed with influenza A virus. South-Eastern Railway previously reportedthat 10 children were filmed.

An organized group of children was traveling to Dzhankoy. Employees of Rospotrebnadzor and medical workers went to the Michurinsk-Uralsky station after an emergency report. Several children complained of being unwell and had a fever. “After the examination, it was decided to hospitalize seven children in a local hospital, the remaining passengers continued on their way,” says a message from Rospotrebnadzor (quoted from “RIA News”).

The children are in hospital. Their condition is assessed as satisfactory. Children on the train are under medical supervision.

Last week, in the Saratov region, 124 children from the LPR were removed from the Tyumen-Adler train; they were returning home after a shift spent at the Olympic Children camp. On the way, many of them developed a fever. 61 children were diagnosed with influenza A, and another 39 with ARVI. A 12-year-old girl died.
