Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev said that Monday has been declared a non-working day in the city for most social institutions. The reason was bad weather and a storm that hit Crimea on Sunday.

According to the official, a day off has been declared for employees of social institutions, kindergartens, schools, and sports institutions. The exception is medical institutions and operational services.

Other employers, as well as universities, are recommended to do the same.
