Serpukhovich became the winner of the Open European Powerlifting Championships

Serpukhov resident Denis Puzyrev succeeded at the Open European Powerlifting Championships, winning first place in the bench press in single-loop soft equipment in the age category of 50-59 years.

Denis’s opponents came from various parts of Russia, as well as from the Republic of Belarus and Serbia.

But this is only part of his victory – in the overall standings among all age categories, Denis was in second place. Serpukhov is proud of the success of this outstanding athlete.

Denis Puzyrev devoted more than 10 years of his life to powerlifting, where every new competition becomes a test of his strength and skill. It is no coincidence – Denis served in the internal affairs bodies since 1993 and retired with the rank of lieutenant colonel. New challenges always find him ready and determined.

In anticipation of the upcoming competitions, the athlete is already actively preparing. An important stage for him will be the Moscow Region Championship, scheduled for early June in the city of Serpukhov. These competitions will be an excellent opportunity for the athlete to assess his fitness and preparation for the upcoming tests.

In addition, the Moscow Region Championship will be an excellent opportunity for an athlete to test his skills and strategy before more serious competitions. After this, he will be able to adjust his preparation and take into account mistakes in order to perform at his best at the Russian Championships, which will be held in Suzdal from June 21 to 23.
