Serpukhov weightlifters will perform at the Russian Championship

February 25 in the city of Dubna hosted the Moscow Region Championship in weightlifting for the senior age group (30 years and older).
Sports veterans of Serpukhov adequately represented the municipality in each of their weight categories:
– Vasily Zubov (category up to 55 kg);
– Mikhail Gushchin (category up to 73 kg);
– Igor Abrosimov (category up to 109 kg);
– Maxim Makarov (category up to 102 kg);
– Vyacheslav Kulakov (category up to 61 kg);
As a result, having scored 140 points, the combined team of the city district for the 18th time received the title of champions of the Moscow region. All winners and prize-winners received cups, medals and certificates.
Also, Vasily Zubov and Maxim Makarov won the right to participate in the Moscow Region team at the Russian Weightlifting Championship, which will be held in April this year.
