Serpukhov Sports Palace opens its doors

On September 2, the Nadezhda Sports Palace will host an Open Doors Day. This event is timed to coincide with the start of the new sports season and is intended to introduce the residents of Serpukhov to the various sections offered for children and adults.
On this day, everyone will be able to ask questions to physical education instructors and get all the necessary information. In addition, guests of the event will have a rich program, which includes open trainings and demonstration performances by pupils of the Sports Palace.
For example, at 10:00 there will be a lesson in a small pool called “Mom and Baby”.
At 11:00 training will begin in such sports as karate, rhythmic gymnastics, tennis, football, volleyball and mixed martial arts.
AT 12:00 there will be a tennis match. At the same time, the aerobics hall will host a master class for the Logo-aerobics and Zvero-aerobics groups. And in the square of the Palace of Sports, an arm wrestling competition will be organized.
At 15:00 an event dedicated to underwater sports is planned.
Thus, the Open Doors Day at the Nadezhda Sports Palace will be an excellent opportunity for everyone to get acquainted with the services and sections offered, as well as take an active part in open trainings and enjoy the demonstration performances of athletes.
