The current mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin, based on the results of decoding online voting data, gains more than 2 million votes out of 3 million 285 thousand. In second place is the candidate from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Leonid Zyuganov. Deputy head of the Central Election Commission Nikolai Bulaev has already congratulated the current mayor on his victory.
“Sergey Semenovich is gaining 2 million 53 thousand 954 votes,” said Artyom Kostyrko, head of the department for improving territorial management and development of smart projects of the Moscow government (quoted by Interfax).
