Sergei Mironov called Alla Pugacheva’s statement a “parody”

The head of “A Just Russia – For Truth” Sergei Mironov criticized the statement of the singer Alla Pugacheva, he said that it was a “parody”.

Pugacheva earlier asked to be recognized as a foreign agentsince the Ministry of Justice had previously recognized Maxim Galkin as a foreign agent.

“The once good singer Alla Pugacheva decided to change her role and acted in the genre of melodrama: she tried to portray herself as the wife of a Decembrist, who is in a hurry to share the tragic fate of her husband who suffered “for freedom”. And indeed, she followed in the footsteps of her husband in the sense that it turned out to be a parody, ”Mironov said in a statement.

In his opinion, “the well-fed Galkin, spoiled by crazy fees” is far from the Decembrists Trubetskoy or Volkonsky, and recognition as a foreign agent is “far from hard labor.”

Mironov also believes that cultural figures like Pugacheva and Galkin can “trivialize everything they touch,” including “the concept of patriotism and decency.” According to him, they “have no idea” about it.
