Serbian Economy Minister calls for sanctions against Russia

Belgrade should immediately impose sanctions against the Russian Federation. This was stated by the Minister of Economy of Serbia, Rade Basta.
As the head of the Serbian economic department noted, refusal to support the policies of the European Union and the United States could lead to negative consequences for the country’s economy. Already now, Basta noted, Serbia is paying too high a price.
However, almost immediately after the statement of the Minister of Economy of Serbia, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and leader of the Socialist Party of Serbia, Ivica Dacic, said that his party firmly adheres to the position against anti-Russian sanctions.
