The Heavenly Chancellery made a present to Muscovites for the City Day – the weekend is expected to be sunny and almost windless. As reported in the Hydrometeorological Center of the Russian Federation, this is the merit of the Scandinavian anticyclone approaching the capital.
“The lag in the values of the average daily temperature from the norm will decrease from 5 ° on Friday to 2 ° on Sunday, and it will remain so at the beginning of next week,” the Hydrometeorological Center said in a statement.
On Friday, September 9, light rain is expected in the capital. The air will warm up to +14 degrees.
On Saturday, September 10, and on Sunday, September 11, the sun will warm the air even more. At night in Moscow from 1 to 4 degrees Celsius, in the city center – up to 6 degrees. Saturday afternoon in the capital will be 14-16 degrees Celsius, on Sunday it will warm up to 15-17 degrees.
At the beginning of next week, nighttime temperatures will rise slightly, but in the daytime, on the contrary, it will get colder to 10-15 degrees. The sky will again be covered with clouds and it will rain in some parts of the city.
