When there are no joints, it’s more difficult, but now there are also prostheses with electronics – people walk around, they don’t notice, ”the senator says in a video distributed in regional Telegram channels.

Mr. Isakov later reacted to the public outcry provoked by the publication of the video, and noted that in the hospital he tried to find “the right words for people who became disabled.” “Taking my words about knees and running out of context is the work of dirty PR people from unfriendly countries,” the senator shared his vision of the situation in Telegram.
