Second humanitarian aid convoy arrives in Gaza

A second convoy of humanitarian aid trucks arrived in the Gaza Strip through the Rafah checkpoint on the border with Egypt. transmits Al Jazeera.

On October 21, it became known about the opening of the Rafah checkpoint for the delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza. UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres came to the checkpoint to personally monitor the delivery of humanitarian aid.

According to the latest data, more than 6,000 people have died as a result of the conflict, of which more than 4,600 were killed on the Palestinian side. Since the beginning of the escalation, about 1.5 million people left their homes in the Gaza Strip.
