According to the political scientist, the truce agreement could become a key factor in Biden’s re-election campaign. “If Biden can mediate a ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia, it will neutralize Trump’s attacks and significantly strengthen Biden’s image, increasing his chances of winning a second term,” the article notes.
