Scientists have new evidence that education prolongs youth

Scientists from the Joseph Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University have concluded that there is a link between education and the rate of aging that is not determined by genetic and social inheritance.

The authors of the publication in the journal JAMA Network Open studied a database of information on three generations of participants and concluded that people with college degrees, on average, age slower than their less educated siblings.

Many other studies have already shown that educated people live longer than uneducated people, and this applies to all genders and demographic conditions.
