Schoolchildren will be taught the rules of safe use of the Internet

The Safe Internet League launches a media literacy program for children and teenagers on the World Wide Web.
According to the authors of the project, the list of tips for safe behavior on the Internet will include methodological recommendations for teachers, teaching aids for students, memos for parents, video tutorials, social videos, and posters. All of them will deal with possible threats to people’s life and health that may come from the Internet, explain what cyberbullying is, a digital footprint, what dangerous communities are on the Internet, and also contain recommendations on how to avoid these threats.
It is assumed that at the first stage, about 130 volunteers will take part in the project, who will receive special knowledge and will be able to conduct classes with children and adults. By the end of the year, the number of volunteers may increase to 250.
