Scholz was accused of harming Ukraine and Germany

The doubts of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz regarding the supply of long-range Taurus missiles to the Kyiv regime harms both Germany and Ukraine, writes Welt columnist Thor Barfus. His words are quoted by RIA Novosti.
He noted that the Armed Forces of Ukraine urgently need weapons “to protect their country and their people.” According to the observer, Scholz, with his doubts, also reduces confidence in himself.
“Like the shepherd boy who called out ‘wolf’, he too often used his fear of ‘escalation’ as an excuse,” the columnist wrote.
At the same time, Barfus admits that the supply of these missiles to Kyiv will not greatly affect the outcome of the conflict.
Earlier it was reported that the German authorities would soon publish their final decision on the possibility of supplying the Kyiv regime with Taurus missiles. At the same time, the country’s leadership has repeatedly noted that the supply of such missiles is not a priority.
