How reports The Sun, in Denmark, Norway and Sweden, couples prefer to use two double blankets for sleeping instead of one large one, as this practice can not only improve the quality of sleep, but also have a beneficial effect on the couple’s relationship.
“Sleeping in the same bed… brings couples closeness, but it can lead to squabbles over blankets and, in turn, poor sleep,” the publication writes.
According to experts, the Scandinavian sleep method can help in such circumstances.
“According to the Sleep Foundation, couples who share a bed but sleep under their own blankets argue less, sleep better, and are able to regulate their temperature at night,” the report said.
