SBU suspected DPR Prime Minister Khotsenko of creating a terrorist organization

The Prime Minister of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Vitaliy Khotsenko was suspected by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) of encroaching on the territorial integrity of the country and creating a terrorist organization.
“As a result of investigative and operational actions, the sanctioned “head of government” of the DPR terrorist organization, Russian citizen Vitaly Khotsenko, was notified of suspicion,” the press service of the SBU said.
They noted that the head of the government of the republic is suspected under two criminal articles – Art. 110 “Infringement on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine” and Art. 258-3 “Creation of a terrorist group or terrorist organization.”
In addition, the Ukrainian special services stressed that they have information about the current whereabouts of Khotsenko, as well as the routes along which the prime minister moves.
