The Saudis are unhappy with the actions of the Americans towards Iran

The Croatian edition of Advance in a recent publication said that Saudi Arabia humiliated the United States by the fact that OPEC + increased oil production by only 100 thousand barrels per day, despite the requests of the American president. Denver-based Canary Drilling Company CEO Dan Eberhart says the Saudi actions show that their relationship with Moscow is closer than with Washington.

In a column for Forbes, the power engineer stressed that US President Joe Biden had repeatedly appealed to Riyadh with pleas for Saudi Arabia to increase energy supplies. The need for this, according to Eberhart, is due to the fact that prices will fall in time for the November midterm elections in the United States.

Nevertheless, as the expert noted, the leaders of Saudi Arabia did not heed the pleas of the American president. According to the power engineer, the Saudis are unhappy with the US attempts to conclude a nuclear deal with Iran.

In addition, Eberhart believes that such a position confirms that Saudi Arabia on the world stage is still closer to Russia than to the States.
