Samara deputy, who watched Putin’s message with noodles on his ears, was fined for a song in VKontakte

The Novokuibyshevsk city court today, June 20, fined Mikhail Abdalkin, a deputy of the Samara Provincial Duma. The decision was made under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (production and distribution of extremist materials). Information posted in his Telegram channel, the deputy’s lawyer Alexei Lapuzin. “He was sentenced to an administrative fine in the amount of 2.5 thousand rubles,” the report says.
As the human rights activist explained in a telephone conversation with Kommersant, Mikhail Abdalkin was subjected to administrative prosecution for posting on his page on the social network VKontakte the song of the Electropartisans group Zvezda i Avtomat, which had previously been recognized by the court as extremist and blocked by Roskomnadzor. Previously, in addition to her, the songs of this group also got into the list of banned ones: “Left terror”, “Live without power” and “Revolution in us!”.
Representatives of the Electropartisans group on their community page on VKontakte warned fans that these tracks “are better not to store in the clear on their pages in social networks.”
Before that, the city court of Novokuibyshevsk fined Mikhail Abdalkin for discrediting the armed forces of the Russian Federation (Article 20.3.3 Part 1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This happened after a deputy of the Samara Provincial Duma posted a video on social networks in which he, with noodles on his ears, is watching a fragment of the message of the President of the Russian Federation. Solution survived in the regional court.
