Saldo spoke about the execution of mobilized Ukrainians by mercenaries

Governor of the Kherson region Vladimir Saldo spoke about foreign mercenaries who are fighting on the side of Ukraine.
According to him, they, as a rule, do not push forward and push mobilized Ukrainians in front of them.
“They only stand behind at certain points,” Saldo noted, adding that if mobilized Ukrainians, who were forcibly dragged into the army, try to surrender to the Russian military, then the mercenaries “simply shoot them.”
“This is the function of mercenaries today,” Saldo emphasized.
