A particularly dangerous criminal who killed a married couple in February last year tried to carry the sharpening into the courtroom. The sadist was considered so unreliable that they put shackles on his legs, and handcuffed his accomplice.
As already reported by MK, 32-year-old Vitaly, a native of South Ossetia, previously convicted of theft, stabbed and burned the neighbors on the floor in cold blood. The middle-aged couple lived in a house on Brusilov Street. Both the man and the woman loved to drink, from time to time Vitaly, who lived behind the wall, became their drinking companion. On February 23rd last year, there was another reason to have a drink. However, this time the drinking ended in a brutal murder. The offender did not explain why the pensioners angered him – in the house they were known as good-natured drunkards, who, if they asked for a loan, always gave it back. Having stabbed both of them, Vitaly turned to his cohabitant Nina (she is also from South Ossetia, she worked as a cashier in a supermarket in Moscow). Under the cover of night, the criminals packed the bodies into bags, took them to the nearest forest and burned them. Then they tried to escape from Moscow, but the couple was intercepted at the Paveletsky railway station.
On Wednesday, the Moscow City Court passed the verdict. Oddly enough, in the cage the accomplices were actively talking, joking and even smiling. The woman openly told her husband that there was no evidence against him. When she heard the verdict, she wept. By a court decision, Vitaly will spend 21 years behind bars (10 years in prison and 11 in a strict regime colony), Nina – 3.5 years.
