According to the ex-president of Georgia, a citizen of Ukraine Mikheil Saakashvili, the court in Tbilisi practically sentenced him to death. He wrote about this in a letter to the Ukrainians, which was published on his page in social networks.
Thus, Saakashvili noted that the court refused to release him from custody, ignoring all the conclusions of leading doctors, who had previously indicated that if the politician remains in prison, he will “definitely die.”
“Of course, I’m a personal prisoner [президента РФ Владимира] Putin. Recently, the Russian Foreign Minister [Сергей] Lavrov praised the current Georgian government very much and scolded me in the same interviews,” he said, adding that, allegedly on Putin’s orders, they continue to mock him.
