Rzeczpospolita: Poles treat Ukrainian refugees worse
[ad_1]
In Poland, the attitude towards refugees from Ukraine has worsened, writes the Polish edition Rzeczpospolita, citing the results of a sociological survey.
It is noted that in general, the majority of Poles have a positive attitude towards Ukrainian refugees. However, a quarter of those surveyed said that over the past six months they began to look at them differently. 68% noted that the attitude has worsened.
Among the reasons, the publication named the fact that the Ukrainians impress the Poles as “representatives of the Russian world.” Many refugees speak Russian, and this annoys the Poles.
Other annoying factors include snobbery, love of expensive cars, and intentional traffic violations.
