A fine will be issued for storing personal items on the landing
Deputy Executive Director of the NP Housing and Public Utilities Control Andrey Kostyanov told the TV channelMoscow 24» about the fines that residents of the house can receive for storing personal belongings in the entrance.
According to him, it is prohibited to store things on the landing due to fire safety requirements. The entrance should not be cluttered. If a fire breaks out or a boiling water pipe breaks, leaving things in the public area of a residential building can interfere with evacuation.
Kostyanov recalled that a fine of 5 to 15 thousand rubles is imposed for storing personal belongings on the landing. This will be considered a violation of fire safety requirements. A more severe monetary penalty is issued if items left at the entrance lead to a fire or damage to someone else’s property. In this case, the citizen must pay from 40 to 50 thousand rubles.
