Russians told what they need to work productively in the office

The most important office characteristics for employees were comfortable furniture, silence and good lighting, as evidenced by the results of the SuperJob survey, which I reviewed “Gazeta.Ru”. The corresponding characteristics were identified as the most important by 54, 53 and 51% of respondents from among office workers.
It is noted that the view outside the window is important for every fifth employee surveyed. They claim that they work better even in an industrial area, if it is “clean and tidy.” In addition, 18% of Russians surveyed noted the importance of room design and color schemes in the interior, and every ninth said that it is more comfortable to work when there are living plants nearby. Respondents also highlighted office decor elements that create coziness, the absence of foreign odors and ventilation of the premises.
Just 15% of survey respondents refused to acknowledge the impact of any office characteristics on productivity, saying they could work anywhere.
