Citizens of Russia, who are subject to conscription and leave for Kazakhstan, began to hand over subpoenas. This is happening on the Russian-Kazakh border.

The government of the Chelyabinsk region noted that border control officers have lists of persons who are subject to conscription. If such a person from the list arrives at the border, then he is detained until the arrival of an employee of a nearby military registration and enlistment office. He will deliver the agenda.

Meanwhile, the government of North Ossetia stated that representatives of the deployed point of the military registration and enlistment office at the checkpoint “Upper Lars” on the border with Georgia from that moment they will begin issuing subpoenas to those mobilized from any regions.

Prior to this, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the region stated that summonses are issued only to those registered in this republic. The statement of the press service states that the task of the “operational groups”, consisting of employees of the military registration and enlistment offices and representatives of executive authorities, is to distribute summonses “in accordance with the lists of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.”
