Russians don’t want to work with relatives

Seven out of ten Russians like the idea of working in the same company with their best friend. Regarding relatives, the majority were against it, showed survey Superjob Research Center. Including only one out of three respondents would like to work with their other half or father, every fifth would like to work with their mother. Only 14% of respondents are willing to work subordinate to their spouse. The father or mother has slightly more – 32% and 23%, respectively. Less than a third of Russians would undertake to manage their relatives. The numbers are higher for friends. 48% of respondents are ready to both lead and obey.
The survey showed that men have a more favorable attitude toward working together with their father or spouse, and at all levels of the service hierarchy. And women are more often ready to work with their matters, lead them or obey them.
