The updated regulations for passing the license exam assume that from April 1, 2024, Russians deprived of their license for drunk driving will temporarily not be able to take the exam to obtain a new driver’s license.
A person is considered subject to administrative punishment within a year after the end of execution of the relevant decision, the law says.
The exam for the right to drive transport is prohibited for those who are deprived of the right to engage in activities directly related to the management of transport.
