Russians began to actively get rid of apartments and houses in Finland
As Fontanka reports, citizens of the Russian Federation have begun to massively get rid of real estate in Finland. Thus, more than 100 offers for the sale of houses and apartments in this country have recently been published on the Internet.
It is noted that most of the lots are located far from the border, in the north and central part of Finland.
“The advertisements talk about the possibility of remote purchase and payment in rubles… However, it will not be possible to get to Finland from Russia to complete the necessary documents (such transactions are not a sufficient basis for entry – editor’s note)… To transfer funds, you need have a bank account that cannot be opened without a residence permit,” the message says.
