Russian Virtus.pro won the CS:GO Major

The esports team Virtus.pro became the winner of the Intel Extreme Masters Major in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO). The team, consisting of four Russians and one Kazakhstani, performs under the neutral tag Outsiders due to sanctions. Virtus.pro defeated Heroic from Denmark in the final with a score of 2:0 (16:12, 16:5).
The tournament was held in Rio de Janeiro from October 31 to November 13. This is one of the biggest CS:GO competitions of this year. The prize fund was $1.25 million, the winner will receive $500,000.
