FSB: Tomsk programmer student was accused of treason for attacks on instructions from Kyiv
The Federal Security Service opened a case under the article “Treason” against an 18-year-old programming student from Tomsk, who, on instructions from the Ukrainian special services, carried out a series of computer attacks on the information websites of the city administration and the local polytechnic university. The Baza Telegram channel reports this.
According to him, the case against the student was initiated on October 26, 2023. According to investigators, at the beginning of last year the defendant received an assignment from a member of the Ukrainian hacker group Cyber Anarchy Squad.
Then, in January and March 2023, the attacker carried out hacker attacks on the administration and the university directly from his apartment.
