The Podem telegram channel reports that the head of the Bashkir Rospotrebnadzor, Anna Kazak, was given a warning for using the social network Instagram (owned by the Meta company, recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation).
As noted in the publication, the prosecutor’s office issued a warning about “preventing assistance to an extremist organization,” and a local activist filed a complaint against her. In a conversation with Podem, the head of Rospotrebnadzor in Bashkiria noted that she has not yet seen the department’s decision, and she maintains her account as an ordinary user, and not a civil servant.
The official emphasized that she had not seen the relevant publications and would not yet comment on what happened. According to Kazak, everything that concerns her personal life has nothing to do with her work.
