Lots of electronics in the hotel. There are a couple of dozen generators on the pier for the energy autonomy of the building. Presumably, there is a certain headquarters of the command staff there. Radar, Neptune and air defense stations are located along Primorskaya Street (on the territory of the port). Recently, separate anti-submarine installations have been moved there along with the warehouse and ammunition room.” So what about “there are no victims” is a moot point…
