National Hockey League (NHL) determined stars of the last game day. Third place in the list of the best was taken by Russian striker of Minnesota Kirill Kaprizov.

Nashville Predators defenseman Roman Yosi was named the first star. She scored four points in a 6-4 win over the Columbus Blue Jackets. Yossi scored a double and made two assists. The second star was Winnipeg Jets forward Sean Monahan. He scored two goals and made an assist in the away game against Colorado (7:0).

Kirill Kaprizov earned three points (2 goals plus 1 assist) in the Minnesota Wild’s 6-2 win over the San Jose Sharks. He was recognized as the first star of the match and broke several records. In particular, the Russian became the new Minnesota record holder for away goals (23) and power-play goals (18) in one season. This season, Kaprizov has already scored 93 points (44 goals + 49 assists) in 73 games.
