Russian Foreign Ministry: Moscow does not expect relations with London to improve under Cameron

Russian Ambassador to Great Britain Andrei Kelin said on the Rossiya-24 TV channel that there will be no changes in relations between Russia and Great Britain after the appointment of the kingdom’s new Foreign Minister David Cameron.
According to Kelin, there is a certain government policy, certain rules, and Cameron will follow the general line, which fully applies to Russia and the Ukrainian crisis. As the diplomat noted, the statements of the new head of the British Foreign Ministry have not been friendly since 2014, so no changes can be expected.
Kelin added that he has a feeling that the party is “not doing very well” if it has to take a gamble and invite retirees.
