Russian Foreign Ministry: Foreign Policy blasphemously manipulates the topic of the terrorist attack in Crocus

Foreign Policy magazine’s material about the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall concert hall is blasphemous and manipulates the topic of interethnic peace. This statement was made on Friday, April 5, by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The department emphasized that “instead of, if not expressing grief and sympathy for the victims of the disaster, then at least presenting the sequence of events and facts in a neutral way, Foreign Policy began to speculate on the topic of interethnic peace in Russia.”

Journalists of the publication considered it possible after the tragedy in Crocus to “whitewash the authorities of the neo-Nazi regime in Ukraine and openly discredit the work of Russian law enforcement agencies and special services,” although “all this is extremely far from the truth,” the Russian Foreign Ministry noted.

Earlier, professor of the Faculty of Political Science of Moscow State University, Doctor of Political Sciences Andrei Manoilo said that the US authorities, who began to refute the possible involvement of Ukraine in the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall near Moscow, without even waiting for the first results of the investigation, there are reasons for that.

Iranian economic and political analyst Ruhollah Modabber explained why Western media publish “ducks” about the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall. According to the expert, such publications are designed to divert world attention from the role of the West in this tragedy.
