Russian education keeps heading for a specialty

Russia’s departure from the Bolonka and the withdrawal from international inter-university agreements were vigorously discussed in the spring and summer. Later, it was decided that it was not worth abandoning the two-tier system of bachelor’s and master’s programs in the Russian Federation, but there would be more specialists in universities.
How exactly will the teaching strategy be built, how will curricula change, what should be taken into account when entering a university? How to integrate academic mobility, interuniversity interaction, without which the future of science is impossible, into the new “national system” of HE?
