The first serial complexes for automated control of artillery of the Airborne Forces “Zavet-D”, doubling the efficiency of its use, will be delivered to the army before the end of this year, the press service of the Ruselectronics holding of the Rostec state corporation informs.
As noted, the developer was NPP Rubin, which is part of Ruselectronics. The enterprise will carry out the first serial delivery of Zavet-D airborne artillery automated control systems by the end of this year. The equipment successfully completed the tests and was accepted for supply, the holding specified.
“Zavet-D” was developed on the basis of the BTR-MDM “Rakushka” amphibious airborne armored personnel carrier. It makes it possible to reliably fix and identify various targets, including camouflaged ones, and ensures the interaction of artillery with drones.
