In an interview with the British radio station LBC, Russian Ambassador to the UK Andrei Kelin said that the Russian side is ready for negotiations with Kiev. In these talks, Moscow can discuss abandoning the idea of banning the Russian language and culture in Ukraine, as well as security issues for Russia itself.
According to the diplomat, now Kyiv “completely refuses the option of peaceful negotiations.” Kelin does not see the possibility of creating a regime under international control in the Donbass, since the previously created OSCE regime worked in a “one-sided” way – in the interests of the West.
The Ambassador added that our world is facing a “difficult ten years” with significant changes in the market, economy and balance of power. He foresees that in the next ten years we will face major changes in the world order.
