Russian Aerospace Forces launched a carrier rocket with military satellites from Plesetsk

The Russian Aerospace Forces today carried out another launch of the Soyuz-2.1b carrier rocket with spacecraft from the Plesetsk cosmodrome, the Ministry of Defense reported.
“On December 1, 2022, from the Plesetsk cosmodrome (Arkhangelsk region), the combat crew of the space troops of the Aerospace Forces launched the Soyuz-2.1b medium-class launch vehicle with spacecraft in the interests of the Russian Ministry of Defense,” – leads TASS message.
Earlier it was reported that the government plans increase funding for the Federal Space Program (FSP) in 2023, 2024 and 2025 for a total amount of more than 73 billion rubles.
It is assumed that additional budget allocations will go to the supply of products in order to meet the tasks of the state defense order (GOZ), as well as to conduct research in the development of weapons, military and special equipment and military-technical property in order to create advanced launch vehicles and spacecraft, stated in the explanatory note to the draft budget for 2023–2025.
