Russian President Vladimir Putin said that in the country in the next six years the share of domestic goods will increase due to accelerated industrial development. He called this process structural changes in the economy.

“The share of domestic goods in our domestic market should increase: equipment, machine tools, vehicles, medicines, consumer goods… We can and will produce all this ourselves in much larger volumes than now,” Vladimir Putin said at the congress of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions ( quote from TASS).

He added that “these are structural changes in the economy.” Forced industrialization, he said, will ensure GDP growth rates and decent wages.

At the congress the President also statedthat Russia did not transfer the economy to wartime mode. According to him, the country “concentrated efforts” on the development of defense production.

About other orders of Putin – in the material “Kommersant” “Six-year price list”.
