The State Commission on Radio Frequencies (SCRF) has planned to consider the issue of allowing wireless access to the network in the country, which operates at 6 GHz frequencies. This is aimed at combating radio interference that various gadgets create.
The issue of adding the band 5 925 – 6 425 MHz will be discussed at the meeting of the SCRF at the end of this month.
The new Wi-Fi 6E standard will only be used indoors: offices and residential buildings.
If the gadget supports the 6E standard, it will be able to work in the new range and there will be no intersection with Bluetooth devices, the Ministry of Digital Development specified.
