Russia sent a report on biolaboratories in Ukraine to all parliaments of the world

Russia sent the report of the parliamentary commission on the work of American biological laboratories in Ukraine to the US Congress and the parliaments of the world. This was stated by the Speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko at the plenary session of the X Forum of Regions of Russia and Belarus.
“We sent the report of our commission both to the US Congress and to all the parliaments of the world, so that they would still think and be alarmed. This is a very big threat and a big danger. And they don’t even refuse that the Pentagon finances. Well, the Pentagon will not finance, develop civilian medicines. It’s clear why, ”Matvienko explained.
On April 12, the Federation Council unanimously approved the report of the parliamentary commission “to investigate the circumstances related to the creation by American specialists of biological laboratories on the territory of Ukraine.” He was supported by all 166 senators present at the session.
The main conclusion of the report, as explained by the co-chairman of the commission, deputy chairman of the Federation Council Konstantin Kosachev, is that “the United States maintains and develops the ability to create components of biological weapons and, if necessary, produce and use them outside the national territory.” According to him, “the biological development of the territory of Ukraine began in 1993, when, on the basis of the so-called initiative [американских] senators [Сэмьюэла] Nanna and [Ричарда] Lugar organized a systematic penetration of American specialists, including biosafety facilities on the territory of the former Soviet Union.
In April, the US Embassy in Moscow rejected an invitation to US Ambassador Lynn Tracy to attend a meeting of the State Duma Commission on Investigating Foreign Interference in Russia’s Internal Affairs on April 18 to provide clarifications on the activities of American biological laboratories in Ukraine.
In 2022, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry stated that the country was not developing biological weapons.
