Russia needs nationalization of strategic industries

If you do not hide your head in the sand, then we must admit that the Russian special operation in Ukraine as a result of global military, sanctions, economic and political challenges has long grown into a big confrontation with the collective West and NATO. Therefore, if Russia wants to emerge victorious from it, it will have to centralize and mobilize the economy and rebuild everything that works for it on a military footing, to unite all disparate economic processes into a single national economic organism. I am sure that no matter how long this political and economic decision is delayed, it will have to be made.

At the same time, it must be honestly admitted that Kyiv has formed a rigid system of military and economic management of the country, which in fact is an analogue of the State Defense Committee of the USSR during the Great Patriotic War. In Ukraine, in connection with the Russian special operation, a real transition of the economy to military and mobilization rails began, accompanied by the nationalization of not only defense industry enterprises, but also the fuel and energy complex, as well as other strategic industries previously associated with local oligarchs.

Thus, the shares of PJSC “Ukrtatnafta”, JSC “Motor Sich”, PJSC “AvtoKrAZ”, PJSC “Zaporozhtransformator” were forcibly alienated into state ownership. Even the shares of the largest oil producing company in the country, Ukrnafta, previously owned by the companies of Igor Kolomoisky, Zelensky’s protégé, have been alienated! Kyiv warned that it would take control of states and other companies if their leadership did not provide the necessary support to political authorities during the military operation.

We emphasize in particular that the process of nationalization in Ukraine became possible thanks to the law adopted in September on the forced seizure of property in a state of martial law or a state of emergency based on the decision of the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander of Ukraine. The mobilization model of managing the economy of Ukraine made it possible to quickly direct the necessary funds and forces to solve strategic and tactical tasks.

Is this why the Russian oligarchs are developing such frenzied activity, realizing that a little more time will pass, and the state will take over them? The country will certainly ask the question: why do we have strategic industries in wartime owned by private traders, why do they profit from the war? Why often their personal interest wins national? A clear example of this is the increase by 200-300% in prices for uniforms by private enterprises and trade after the announcement on September 21 of partial mobilization. So far, Russia is lagging behind on the issue of nationalization. The question arises: why?

It is known that the bulk of Western military and material assistance to the Kyiv regime (up to 90%) comes by rail from Poland and Slovakia. After the blockade of air communications, maritime transport and international road transport, the railway, removed from the limits of Western sanctions, remained the only logistical export-import communicator. Why does this logistics communicator still work? After all, these routes are within the range of tactical missiles and airborne forces, which can be destroyed by two or three pinpoint strikes at known coordinates.

However, contrary to the logic of military action, this is not happening. So far, not a single attempt by our armed forces has been recorded to block the flow of American and European weapons coming into the possession of the front-line units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

And the logic is very simple. Export goods and products manufactured at the enterprises of Ukrainian oligarchs and their Russian partners are exported to the West along the mentioned railway routes. According to Ukrainian statistics, more than 900 objects in Ukraine belong to Russian oligarchs.

This probably explains the position of most of the Russian oligarchy and many of the most influential figures on the Russian Forbes list in relation to the hybrid aggression of the United States and the collective West against Russia.

The domestic oligarchic elite does not want to help fight the collective West and NATO, dooming the Russian state to grave consequences and losses in manpower during the NWO.

The current Russian elite is fully integrated into the Western market system, closely associated with the oligarchs of Ukraine, looks and orients itself towards the West, where it has capital, property, real estate and families. More than 70% of the assets of large private Russian capital are registered in offshore jurisdictions. According to the US Department of the Treasury, even after the start of the NVO and the tightening of sanctions, the freezing of Russian foreign exchange reserves for more than $300 billion, our “fifth column” has still invested more than $15 billion in US securities, and in total this year a record $260 billion will flow out of the country.

Under these conditions, it is objectively necessary to nationalize strategic industries, defense industry enterprises, and form a special type of military-industrial and economic administration. From a political and economic point of view, Russian nationalization is, firstly, the real nationalization of the domestic elite, the withdrawal of key resources from it.

Secondly, nationalization is the loss of money by the oligarchs. If so, then the oligarchy and the bureaucracy associated with it increase pressure on the president to beg for peace on any terms. They, the oligarchy, together with service officials, are increasingly becoming agents of the globalists in Russia.

Thirdly, we must finally understand that a country financially dependent on oligarchic Western capital will not be able to win the battle for sovereignty and the preservation of the country’s territorial integrity. And from these positions, the offshore Russian aristocracy will increasingly demand that the president conclude peace on any terms.

Every day of the special operation reinforces the necessity and inevitability of Russian nationalization. Moreover, under the conditions of total economic war and the NMD, the current model of Russian oligarchic capitalism will not be able to ensure Russia a quick victory in Ukraine and effectively resist the pressure of the collective West. Even after the start of the NWO, the Russian system of government continues to act as if nothing had happened, to correspond to the peacetime period.

The highest political power must accept it as an objective truth: victory in Ukraine and in a total economic war against the collective West cannot be achieved without the nationalization of strategic enterprises and sectors of the economy, especially defense ones. The first political signal to society about the beginning of changes should be the restoration of the country’s unified energy system, which is the backbone of the national economic complex, the basis for bringing it to a new qualitative level and a factor in preserving statehood and sovereignty.

In the current difficult conditions, it is necessary to create a National (or State) Committee for Strategic Security (NKSB) or a National (or State) Defense Committee (NCO) of Russia with the full power of the State Defense Committee of the USSR, formed on June 30, 1941 by a joint resolution of the Presidium of the Supreme Council USSR, the Council of People’s Commissars of the USSR and the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks.

It is the new committee, as an emergency body that has received full power in the Russian Federation, that should manage all military and economic issues during the period of the special operation. This will make it possible to quickly overcome the confusion and departmental nature of local authorities, and to concentrate all the most important issues of the state’s activity in a single operational center. The situation objectively requires that the new committee be headed by the President and the Supreme Commander-in-Chief.
