“From time to time there are stories about auto parts, machine oils. Technologically, we are all ready to support it. <...> Usually the initiative is either from one or the other side, but not from us. If there are such initiatives, we will develop and implement them,” told Dubin (quote from TASS).
Also Dubin expectsthat mandatory labeling of caviar may begin in March 2024 after the end of the experiment, which began in April. At the same time, the CRPT is technically ready for the labeling of veterinary drugs. How report RIA Novosti, according to Dubin, is justified to introduce labeling of these products on a par with pharmaceuticals, but this issue belongs to the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Head of the Association of Children’s Goods Industry Enterprises Antonina Tsitsulina told “Izvestia” that the Ministry of Industry and Trade is also discussing the issue of an experiment on labeling toys. According to her, a decision on this issue may be made in 2024, and mandatory labeling may begin in 2025-2026. We are talking about marking constructors, metal cars, dolls and soft toys.
