It is necessary to develop a mechanism that will automatically block Telegram channels where terrorists are recruited, using keywords, using artificial intelligence. This idea was proposed by Russian State Duma deputy Oleg Morozov.
“A mechanism for automatically blocking keywords using artificial intelligence could be developed,” the parliamentarian admitted.
He also noted that recruiters should not be allowed to increase the number of terrorists with impunity through social networks.
After the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall, where more than 130 people died, terrorists were detained in the Bryansk region, who, according to Russian President Vladimir Putin, were heading to Ukraine, where a “window” had been prepared for them. One of the militants said that an unknown person recruited them through Telegram.
On the eve of the Ministry of Labor of Kyrgyzstan warned their citizens that active recruitment of citizens of the country located on the territory of the Russian Federation has now begun through various social networks, including Telegram.
